Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order, and can I change or cancel it after checkout?

Add items to your cart and complete checkout; Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Edits/cancellations:
Contact support immediately after ordering because changes may not be possible once processing or shipping begins.

What payment methods do you accept?

Following payment methods are accepted:American Express,Apple Pay,Diners Club,Discover,Google Pay,Mastercard,PayPal,Shop Pay, and Visa

What shipping options and costs are available for U.S. orders?

For Sweetheart Jewel–shipped orders in the United States, Standard shipping is free (8–10 business days) and Express shipping is 3–5 business days (free on $100+ orders; $10 for $51–$100; $5 for $0–$50). 
Some products may be fulfilled via our Express Shipping Partner with separate speed/cost options, and tracking is provided for every shipment.

Do you ship internationally, and what does it cost?

International Economy shipping is available only to Canada,Mexico, the United Kingdom,Australia, and India for a $20 flat rate (10–15 business days).Some Express Shipping Partner-fulfilled items ship internationally only to Canada and Mexico for a $20 flat rate (6–8 business days).

What is your return and exchange policy?

Navicia & Amore items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn/undamaged and returned in original packaging, while Fashionista items are not returnable unless visibly damaged and reported within 3 days of delivery.
Exchanges: if an item is eligible for return, return it for a refund and place a new order.

How do I start a return or report a damaged item?

For eligible Navicia/Amore returns, log in to your shopify customer account, go to Orders, click “Return Items,” and use the return label provided (a $5 return shipping cost applies).For Fashionista damage claims, email 3 clear photos to support@sweetheartjewel.com within 3 days of delivery; once damage is confirmed, you’ll receive return instructions and a label.

When will I receive my refund, and are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds won’t be issued if items are missing from the return package.

After a return is received, processing typically takes 10–15 business days and refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Product details, Warranty, and Support

Do you offer sizing help and customization (resizing, engraving, personalization)?

Size details and options are listed on each product page (for example, some rings are one-size or adjustable, and some necklaces have adjustable chains or personalization fields).

Some of the Sweetheart Jewel Gifts collections products offers customization i.e. name necklace, personalized gifts. Customer can only customize those products.

How do I confirm a piece’s materials and stones before I buy?

Each product page lists materials and plating specifics, stones in detail product description.

All questions will be responded within 24 hours.

For Amore and Navicia products only: 6 months of limited manufacturing defects are covered (with exclusions such as normal wear, accidental damage, and loss/theft).

We do not provide any repairs.
