As we have different collections of jewelry, we do have different return policy for each of the collection.
Navicia Collection Return:
We offer 30-day returns for all unworn and undamaged Navicia collections items. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. The return window begins on the day your shipment is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and undamaged with no visible signs of wear or tear.
- Returned in all original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.
- Complete sets must be returned together; individual items cannot be returned for a refund.
Navicia Collection Return Procedure:
- Log in to your sweetheart Jewel account and select "Orders".
- Locate your order and click "Return Items".
- Follow the instructions to download a return shipping label and arrange a drop-off or schedule a pickup for your return.
- There is a 5$ return shipping cost.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed once received. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is complete.
- Your account with the original payment method will be credited with the refund amount.
- Refund will not be issued if any of the returned items are missing in return package.
Fashionista Collection Return:
You can not return any Fashionista collection jewelry, unless there is a visible damage in a Jewelry.The return window begins on the day your shipment is delivered.
To be eligible for a return of damaged Fashionista collection Jewelry, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Damaged with visible signs of wear or tear.
- Submit 3 clear photographs (to support@sweetheartjewel.com) of the damaged jewelry within 3 days of delivery.
Once we review the photos and confirm the physical damage of jewelry, we will provide you instructions for return procedure and will provide you return label.
- Please return all returned items in original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.
- Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund will not be issued if any of the returned items are missing in return package.
